Who I am?
I'm known for my upcoming Tedx San Diego talk, where I will discuss the importance of human connection through my initiative, Hugs in the Wild™ - A Human Connection Experiment. This ties into my podcast series, Hug & Tell, which explores the profound impact of hugs and connections in our lives.
Things I love
I love building people up through our conversations, especially in my podcast series where we explore the importance of human connection. If I sense someone may need a hug, I always ask the hug questions to foster that connection.
